Highlight Film Explained

What is the difference between a highlights film and a feature film?
The difference lies in the length of the film and not how much is included in each film. The highlight film is a jammed packed film of 5-10 minutes in length. This is a creative edit with very strong cinematic elements. As the name explains, this film contains a selection of the highlights of the day. Perfect for the couple who want to watch their film over and over with friends or even share it to social media.
The feature film is about 60 minutes long and has the ceremony and speeches recorded. This is perfect for the couple who want to relive every moment of their wedding again.

Why should you have a highlights film?
Photographs capture a moment in time – stills; whereas film captures movement and sound. With a highlights film you will be able to hear your spouse gasp when he sees you walk down the aisle, your mom’s laughter and see the look in your dad’s eyes when you are pronounced married.  Your first dance and your grandmother’s amazing dance moves. You may even be able to view your wedding venue from above with the use of a drone.

A highlight film is the same amount of coverage by a videographer for half the price.

You have the option to upgrade your highlights film to full video for an additional fee of R3500 with 48 hours prior notice.
