Bertus and Lana’s wedding at Delsma Farm in Riebeeck was a beautiful, intimate affair. As a close friend and former colleague of Bertus, it was an honor to capture their special day through photographs. Despite the challenging conditions caused by the rain and the darkness of the night, we managed to take stunning photographs that brought out the best in Bertus and Lana.
The ceremony itself was a touching moment as they exchanged their vows in front of their loved ones. When the ceremony was over, the rain had stopped and we headed outdoors to take some photographs. The conditions were far from ideal, but we pushed ourselves to find creative ways to capture the essence of the couple and their love for one another.
As the reception drew on, the atmosphere became more relaxed and everyone had a lot of fun celebrating the newlyweds. Bertus and Lana’s wedding was unforgettable, and I will always remember how the rain and the dark of night added extra challenges that we managed to overcome. It was an amazing experience to be part of such a special day and to help the couple create lasting memories that they will cherish forever.
